Thank you for your interest in Andrey's Art. Due to the unique nature of the artwork, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any items, including original paintings, prints, and other art pieces.

Please Note:

1. Final Sale: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

2. Authenticity & Quality: Each piece of art is created with the utmost care and attention to detail. Our original oil paintings and prints are inspected thoroughly before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards of quality.

3. Damage During Shipping: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us (via email, andreysart64@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photographs of the damage and the packaging to assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.

4. Color Variations: Please be aware that colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor/phone settings. This slight variation is normal and does not qualify as a defect or reason for return.
