We take great care in ensuring that your original oil paintings and prints arrive safely and in perfect condition. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process:

Processing Time for Prints: Each print is made to order, which means it takes time to create your artwork with the highest level of quality. Once your order is placed, the print will be meticulously produced, inspected, signed, and labeled.

Shipping Time: From when the order is placed to when it lands on your doorstep, the process will take anywhere from 4 to 5 weeks. After the artwork is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped. If you are located within the United States your artwork should, on average, arrive within 4-7 business days after it has shipped.

Shipping Carrier: We use trusted carriers to deliver your artwork securely. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Damage During Shipping: While we take every precaution to ensure your artwork is protected during transit, damage can occasionally occur. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require detailed photographs of the damage and the packaging to evaluate the situation. Packaging: Each piece is carefully wrapped and packed to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. Any and all original paintings and prints will be packed in protective materials to prevent damage during shipping.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays due to the carrier or other factors may occur that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this happen.

International Shipping/Orders: We are pleased to offer international shipping! However, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order.

Color Variations: Please be aware that colors may appear slightly different in person compared to how they appear on your screen due to variations in monitor/phone settings. This is normal and does not qualify as a defect or reason for return.
